Make Poverty History

In the church today, St. Paul, they talked a lot about poverty.
I don't know if you have heard about the Make Poverty History campaign. But you might have seen some people wearing the white bracelet; I think you can get at Kirkens Nødhjelp, in Oslo.

After the service today the whole church went outside and

made a bracelet around the church, and said grace together holding the bracelet.

PIZZA, AT PIZZAHUT

The boys are busy eating..... guys with food means no contact....
These girls really can't live with out chocolate.....

And in the morning i'm making waffles!!!

Yummy waffles from Norway, with lots of brown cheese. On Friday I had my day off with Kristin and Hildegunn, and we made waffles. Oh I love waffles, and it reminded of my dad and my soon to be dad in-law. Norwegian men love waffles, right dad? Thanks a lot to Hildegunn’s parents for buying her a waffle iron… bless…

Even Olli, the dog, enjoyed the waffles. So did Joe, the son in Hildegunn’s house, but he really hated brown cheese… even on waffles.

Sunday school in St.Mary

Now I’m going to try to write my blogg in English, after Sarah said that she would like to understand what it said. She wanted me to do as Kristin does. I can try, but please don’t say anything about my spelling. I’m not as good as I should be, and would like to be. But hopefully it will get better during the year. I have to inform you all about something that I’m really, really happy and exited about. Stewart has asked me if I would like to start a Sunday school in one of the churches that I work in, St. Mary. This is the only church in the parish without a Sunday school. They have about seven young people coming every Sunday, (from 9 to 13 years old). Till now they spend there Sunday school in the back of the church, doing different craft work, reading or playing. This is because there is no one that would like to start a Sunday school for them. But today I have spent all day in my office trying to find out how I can do it. And I have to say that I have a lot of ideas, but as my mum said I can’t get ahead my self and what I can do and what I can’t do. But I have until 5th of November to plan this thing. So I’m going to try my best, and I really hope that I can do this… If you have any ideas, please let me know…
